If any errors do happen - we usually issue a refund, (minus a small CC processor fee).
We issue a full refund only when you buy the same template twice.
If you made a mistake on a template, forward the completed template to us with the error outlined. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund of 75% of the total amount paid at checkout.
